Weekday rental requires a minimum of 2 hours-  at a rate of $100.00 per hour plus a clean up fee of $50.00. security and alcohol permit needed if distributing alcoholic beverages at an additional fee of $325.00

Saturday wedding receptions only - $1500.00 include white table cloths and chair covers, security and alcohol permit (6 Hours)

Friday and Saturday wedding and wedding reception- $2000.00 include white table cloths and chair covers, decorated wedding arch, security and alcohol permit (All day)

Friday and Saturday wedding and wedding reception- $1600.00 include white table cloths and chair covers, decorated wedding arch, security and alcohol permit (6 hours)

Friday or Sunday Adult Birthday Parties w/alcohol- $1100.00 include alcohol permit and security, black table cloths and chair covers (6 Hours including 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for cleaning)

Friday or Sunday Adult Birthday Parties w/o alcohol- $950.00 include, black table cloths and chair covers (6 Hours including 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for cleaning)

Friday Teenage Parties- $875.00 include security and black table cloths and chair covers ( 5 Hours )

Friday Book Signing/Fashion Show- $550.00 include black table cloths and chair covers (3 hours total including set up and clean up)

Saturday Adult Parties- $1650.00 include black table cloth and chair covers, alcohol permit and security (All day)

Saturday Adult Parties w/o alcohol- $1350.00 include black table cloth and chair covers (All day)

Saturday Parties- $925.00 include black table cloth and chair covers, alcohol permit and security (6 hrs)

Saturday Teenage Parties- $1150.00 include black table cloths and chair covers, security (6 hours)

Baby Showers- Before 6 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday $500 (plus a $50.00 cleaning fee if not cleaned, 3 hours total ) 

Kid Parties- Before 5 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday $400.00 (plus a $50.00 cleaning fee if not cleaned 3 hours total)

Bridal Showers- Before 6 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday $500.00 after 6 p.m. $875.00
(plus a $50.00 cleaning fee if not cleaned) (6 hours total)

Family/Class Reunion- $1650.00 include black table cloths and chair covers, security and alcohol permit (All day)
